The Esther Arokun Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming lives by empowering women and children with the tools, skills, and opportunities they need to thrive. We believe that every woman has the potential to lead, and every child deserves a strong foundation to dream and achieve. By creating safe spaces, providing access to education, mentorship, and sustainable development initiatives, we are building a future where women and children can rise above limitations and contribute meaningfully to society.
Our work is also guided by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 5 (Gender Equality), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions). Through these global commitments, we aim not only to transform individual lives but also to drive systemic change, ensuring women and children are at the center of sustainable community development.

Our Founder's Story
The Esther Arokun Foundation (TESAR) was born out of my journey and my desire to give back. I have been blessed to achieve success as a lawyer, graduating as the best student of the Faculty of Law at Adekunle Ajasin University, being called to the Nigerian Bar with honors, and later earning a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with Highest Honors at Seattle University School of Law in the United States. Today, I am licensed to practice law in both Nigeria and the U.S., but beyond these milestones, I carry a deeper passion: to create opportunities for women and children to thrive.
I believe that when women are empowered, families are strengthened, and when children are given a solid foundation, communities flourish. My own story is one of resilience and opportunity, and through TESAR, I want to extend that same possibility to others, providing education, mentorship, and safe spaces where women and children can rise above limitations, pursue their dreams, and transform their futures.
