Building a Future Where Everyone Can Thrive
Our Story
Born from a personal journey of strength and opportunity, TESAR extends that same hope to individuals through education and mentorship.
We believe every woman and child deserves the tools to build a brighter future.
The Esther Arokun Foundation (TESAR) is a non-profit organization committed to transforming lives by empowering individuals with the tools, skills, and opportunities they need to thrive.
Our journey began in March 2025, when we first launched as ROLWF (Rivers of Living Water Foundation), a small initiative focused on providing financial and educational support to children in underserved communities. From our very first outreach, we saw the profound impact that even small acts of care could have such as helping a child return to school, supporting a mother in need, and inspiring hope within local communities.
As our work grew, we rebranded to doing business as TESAR Foundation, an acronym representing our commitment to creating meaningful, lasting change. This reflects both our expansion in scope and our desire to build a recognizable platform for advocacy, mentorship, computer literacy, technology use awareness and community empowerment. Today, TESAR continues that mission on a larger scale, combining trainings, education, mentorship, and sustainable development initiatives to create a world where every woman can lead and every child has a strong foundation to dream and achieve.
We believe that lasting change happens when communities are supported holistically. By creating safe spaces, providing access to education, mentorship programs, and economic empowerment initiatives, initiatives that advance the use of data and technology, we are building a future where individuals can rise above limitations and contribute meaningfully to society.
Our work is guided by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly:
- SDG 3 - Good Health and Wellbeing
- SDG 4 – Quality Education
- SDG 5 – Gender Equality
- SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth
- SDG 9 - Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure
- SDG 10 – Reduced Inequalities
- SDG 16 – Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions
Through these commitments, we strive not only to transform individual lives but also to help communities flourish.
At TESAR Foundation, we believe that small steps, genuine care, and shared opportunities can create a ripple effect such as lifting lives, strengthening families, and shaping a brighter future for everyone we serve.
